LIMITED EXPORT SCHEDULE 80 DAYS POST OUTBREAK 2011
Official application has been made by SA Veterinary Services to the UAE, Singapore and Malaysia to accept direct shipments from Kenilworth Quarantine Station in Cape Town during South Africa's vector-safe time of the year. This is based on the 2008 OIE AHS Code with the offer of equivalence:

Export during the low risk time of the year (80 days after last case)

Export from AHS Free Zone

Continuous residence in vector proof quarantine station

Limited exercise under vector protection

Additional testing including RT PCR (in process of OIE validation)
